Text or leave a voicemail with the following information:
- A cell phone number where you can be contacted.
- What kind of equipment you are calling or texting about (i.e.Oxygen or CPAP)
- A preferred time that you will be available to discuss your issue.
Technical support staff will return your inquiry by phone within 30 minutes of the preferred time you gave us in your message to discuss your issue
